Mission

The mission of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is to provide electrical and electronics engineering education in the most up-to-date and contemporary way in order to train engineers who understand the basic principles underlying the rapidly developing modern electrical, electronic and information technology, who can apply the mathematics used in science and engineering creatively in their chosen career path, who are capable of scientific, academic and interdisciplinary studies, who do not compromise professional ethics and moral principles, and who are aware of lifelong learning.

Vision

Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering aims to be a department that produces applied projects and technology for the benefit of humanity at national and international level in education, training, technology development and scientific research with its strong and experienced academic staff educated from prestigious universities in Turkey and abroad. The main goals of our department are to become a leader in academic ranking among national and international Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments and to carry out academic research and publications to develop future-oriented technologies. Electrical-Electronics Engineering graduates who are equipped with the necessary scientific and social skills, who can follow higher level education, who have critical thinking and leadership skills in the environments they will work in, who can provide interdisciplinary cooperation, who have managerial qualities, who can produce innovative and original solutions.
